Getting started

  1. Install the free Pathfinder plugin (macOS or Windows) and open it in your DAW.
  2. Open the SKETCH REMOTE panel in the plugin.
  3. On your phone: open Sketch and tap Scan Pairing Code, or pick your computer from Sessions on this network.
  4. Draw a path. That's it — you're playing.

No computer around? Tap Try the Demo — a full playable session that runs entirely on your phone.

Common questions

My computer's session doesn't appear in the list

Phone and computer must be on the same Wi-Fi network. The session appears a few seconds after the plugin starts making sound. If it still doesn't show, use the QR code in the plugin's SKETCH REMOTE panel — it always works, list or no list.

It says "session full"

A session holds four players. You're in line — the moment a player leaves, the first spectator takes their slot automatically.

I can't hear anything in the demo

Check the volume rocker (media volume is separate from the ringer), and Control Center for a Bluetooth speaker holding your audio. The demo plays through the phone; live sessions play through the computer.

What does the headphone button do?

In a live session it streams the plugin's mix to your phone (about 40 ms behind the room) — great for headphones or spread-out spaces. Tap again to stop.

Purchases and restore

The Pro unlock is a one-time purchase through Apple, shared with your Family Sharing group. New phone? Tap the tier badge on the connect screen, then Restore Purchases.

Does the app work without the plugin?

The demo does. Live sessions need the free Pathfinder plugin running on a computer on your network — that's where the sound engine lives.
