For some reason when I try to use the plugin in my daw it won't play any sounds. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

If you're not getting any sound in your plug-in, try re-linking the Samples Folder and make sure to remove it in your DAW and then re-add it:
    1. Click the Settings icon

    2. Click Change Sample Folder Location

    3. Select the Scarred Samples Folder

    4. Click OK

    5. *IMPORTANT* Remove the plug-in from your DAW and re-add it.

    6. Your done!

I installed the plugin and when I go to load a preset it says "The Preset Cannot Be Found" even though the sample folder is pointed in the right direction. What can I do to fix this?

That error happens when you complete the step to

    "Choose Sample Folder"

but you don't reload the plugin afterward. That step is required.

    To fix it you can

    1. Relink the sample maps
    2. Then remove that instance from your daw channel and re-add it.

    1. Click the Settings icon

    2. Click Change Sample Folder Location

    3. Select the Scarred Samples Folder

    4. Click OK

    5. *IMPORTANT*
Remove the plug-in from your DAW and re-add it.

    6. Your done!
